In Greene County magistrate court a judgment was entered Oct. 25 against Albert Castaneda of Guthrie Center on a charge of theft- fifth degree. He was fined $65 with a $22.75 surcharge and a $125 Law Enforcement Initiative surcharge. He must also pay $300 restitution for his court appointed attorney’s fees and $105.70 court costs.
Susan Marie Hoehl, home town not provided, paid a $65 fine with a $22.75 surcharge on a charge of trespass- first offense (casino self-exclusion). Court costs were $60. The case was initiated July 12; an arrest warrant was returned Oct. 19.
